We do not rent zip lines, and a zip line is not really something you rent: you ride one on a guided tour at an adventure park. If what you want is open air, speed and a story to tell, we rent Polaris Slingshots in Lancaster, PA from $30 an hour.

Not the way you rent a bike or a car. A zip line needs a harness, a trained crew and a course built into the trees, so people ride them on a guided tour. Searching for a rental usually means you want the experience, and there are two ways to get it nearby.
We are a Slingshot and Can-Am Spyder rental company, so we are not the place to book a zip line. We would rather say that plainly than have you drive across the county to find out.
Refreshing Mountain, an adventure park in Stevens, PA in the northern part of Lancaster County, runs guided zip line tours. Check their zip line page for the current tours, prices, hours, and the age, height and weight limits before you plan your day.
Other options come and go, so look at a park's own site for the latest rather than trusting an old listing, including ours.
A Polaris Slingshot sits low to the ground with the wind right in your face. There is no roof and no doors, you feel every curve, and people wave as you go by. For a lot of our renters it is the same grin you get at the end of a zip line, without the harness.
It is also easy to share. Your passenger rides next to you, and you set the pace, the route and the stops.
Slingshots start at $30 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. We also have 9-hour and 24-hour rates if you want a full day, and our Lancaster Slingshot rental page has the details.

Plenty of people pair a stop at an adventure park with a drive. You can book a few hours, then take one of the loops on our scenic routes page, from the Susquehanna River to Amish country and the covered bridges. Pick the loop that matches your hours.
Coming from Harrisburg? We wrote up the trip on our Harrisburg area page. Prefer a motorcycle-style ride? See our Can Am Spyder rental guide.
We do not rent zip lines. Zip lines run as guided tours at adventure parks, so ask the park about groups. If your group wants an open-air ride instead, our group tours put up to eight guests on the road with Chris leading.
No. A regular driver's license is enough for a Polaris Slingshot. The Can-Am Spyder needs a motorcycle license.
Slingshots start at $30 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, and there are 9-hour and 24-hour rates for a longer day.
