No Motorcycle License Needed in Pennsylvania

This surprises most people. In Pennsylvania, the Polaris Slingshot is legally classified as an autocycle — not a motorcycle. You do not need a motorcycle endorsement or license. Your standard PA driver's license (or any valid out-of-state license) is all that's required.

The Can-Am Spyder F3 is also classified as an autocycle in Pennsylvania for the same reason. So no matter which trike you pick, there's no special paperwork, no endorsement, and no barrier to booking. If you can drive a car, you can rent a trike from CJ's.
